NGO of human rights activating in the countries of the South : an other prospect
The International NGOs of North, judicious being politically neutral, economically independent and socially of public interest, use their important sphere of influence and their national and/or transnational networks to denounce, in the countries of the South, the violations of the only civil and political rights. The unilateral choice to support only part of the human rights, judicious being indivisible and universal, is not least the paradoxes which characterize them.
